Du Yi Wei(Herba Lamiophlomis Rotata), Hong Jing Tian(Rhodiola Tibetica), Hong Hua (Carthamus tinctorius L.), Qiang Huo(Notopterygii Rhizoma Et Radix), Zang Chang Pu (Acori Calami Rhizoma), Ku Shen (Radix Sophorae Fiavescentis), Gan Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens), Ai Ye (Folium Artemisiae Argyi), Tibetan salt(Ka Ru Cha, contains sodium chloride,potassium, calcium, iron, aluminum, titanium, manganese, barium, strontium, magnesium, copper, sulfur, silicon),

Preparation: 

place 1-3 teabags into a basin and add 5-8 cups of boiling water. Steep and wait until it cools down to 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40 Celsius). Soak your feet for 20-30 minutes. Keep adding hot water during soaking.

Please store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep sealed after opening. Keep out of the reach of children
